Gourmet Footwear

Gourmet continues their animal print trend with the cheetah/white Uno LX. Instead of the use of faux fur, the sneaker uses a cheetah printed leather upper on top of a white rubber cup sole. Also seen on the shoe is a canvas sock liner and insole, along with waxed cotton laces Gourmet takes their popular Dignan model and has given it a cherry red treatment. The ripstop outer, which is also used as a waterproof cover for the shoe, is cherry red contrasted by a black wrap on the toe-box and heel. The shoe is finished off with a white mid sole and red laces Gourmet continues with their line of Quadicis for spring 2012 with four new colorways. The following c/ws include: chili red/vegetable tan leather, eggplant/white, navy/veg tan, and Paloma grey/white. The blend of opposing colors on the upper shows how regardless of how different colors are, color blocking can make it look good.
