we ended up having something of a Superman Week last week on Den of Geek – thanks to intense online discussion about what the heck Warner Bros. should do with what remains their highest profile potential comic book movie property, since nobody, least of all them, appears to have a clue – I thought I’d take the opportunity to whiz through the Man of Steel’s back Decalogue and pick out my favorite ten stories published in the seventy years since Action Comics #1 first launched itself at an unsuspecting public.Superman as big-budget '90s blockbuster.
